Carbrooke remembers

COMMUNITY ACT OF REMEMBRANCE, 
 

In a thought provoking display, members of our community have been KNITTING & CROCHETING POPPIES, to be used to decorate the outside of our church tower. (If anyone would like be involved, please contact us; carbrookeheritage@gmail.com / 01953 885353) 
as we pay our tribute to those who have fought and died on our behalf, in war, on the 100th Anniversary of ending of WW1.

We will hold our annual Act of Remembrance, offering a thanksgiving for the ending of the ‘War to end all Wars’. Sunday 11th November 10.30am Carbrooke Church.

Presentation by a member of the COMMONWEALTH WAR GRAVES COMMISSION on their work. Friday 9th November 7pm in Carbrooke Church. No Charge – Tea & Cake – Raffle
