Meeting of Carbrooke Parish Council

A meeting of Carbrooke Parish Council will be held in the Village Hall at 7pm on Monday 11 December 2017.

Carbrooke Parish Council welcomes the public and press to its meetings. The public press are able to address the Council during the Public Participation session. The law does not permit members of the public and press to take part in the debates.


1. To receive and approve apologies for absence

2. To receive declarations of interest from Members and to consider requests for

dispensations. (Members are invited to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and

other interests in items on the agenda as required by the Carbrooke Parish Council

Code of Conduct for Members and by the Localism Act 2011.)

3. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 13 November 2017

4. To receive any matters arising from the minutes (for information only)

5. To adjourn the meeting for Public Participation
