Yoga is now back in the Hall every Wednesday from 7-8pm. This will operates on a drop in basis £6 per session. No previous yoga experience necessary! The classes will cover the foundations of hatha yoga looking and building a gentle introduction which will also give participants the tools to develop a regular home practice.
